Onne Area II Customs Command Holds Send-forth, Reception Ceremony for Senior Officers

The Onne Area II Customs Command on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, held a colorful send-forth and reception ceremony in honour of its senior officers.

The event was organized to bid farewell to Assistant Comptroller (AC) Hamza Obaluyi, while also officially welcoming Chief Superintendent of Customs (CSC) Rita, who has assumed duty as the new Technical Supervisor (TS) of the Command.

The ceremony, which took place within the Command’s premises, was attended by stakeholders, senior officers, and prominent personalities in the maritime sector. Among them was the Chairman of the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA), Onne Chapter, Chief Ifeanyi Isikaku (popularly known as Onwa), who commended the Customs Service for its commitment to professionalism and seamless leadership transitions.

The event featured tributes to the outgoing officer for his dedication and service, as well as goodwill messages to the incoming Technical Supervisor, with expectations for continued efficiency in the Command’s operations.
